The process starts with the client and their desires and objectives for their site. Whether the project is residential or commercial, the level of service Webster-Ingersoll provides is the same. A project manager will be assigned and their first step is to establish a relationship with the client and their team of professionals. Whether plans are drawn by our in-house landscape designers or others, we begin with meetings to assess the site conditions and determine the scope of work.

An estimate of the construction costs will be made, based upon the drawings and plant lists for the project. We measure to determine quantities of materials, and provide samples of materials for client approvals. We are available to take clients to our finished projects to see methods of construction.
